At Central Wire, we produce a comprehensive range of economical corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel and Nickel Alloy Spring Wires, produced for the performance required in Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Military, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, and general Industrial application. We can certify to industry standard specifications such as BS EN ISO 6931-1, ASTM A313, AMS5688, AMS5678, AMS5698 / AMS5699 & others as well as manufactured to your custom specifications.
Our wire exhibits excellent coiling ability at high speeds and often requires no additional lubricant. This results in less stress on coiling equipment, preserving equipment life, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput and profits. If additional lubrication is required, we offer several performance coating options.
Standard wire manufacturing is in sizes from 0.70mm – 19.00mm (0.0275” – 0.748”), depending on material grade and packaging requested. Other sizes, alloys, & custom coatings are available upon request. Our high-quality Spring Wire is available from stock in a range of alloys and packaging options.
