Our superior quality Tech-Mesh™ products are crafted with precision and expertise. Tech-Mesh™ products include: Knitted Wire Mesh andCustom Demister Pads, manufactured at our Houston, Texas and Calgary, Alberta locations, as well as Random and Structured Packing products.
Our bulk Gestricktes Drahtgeflecht is made from individual wires that are interlaced, or knitted, together. Just like a sweater, the loops are strategically woven so they may move and stretch without coming unfurled. This configuration allows knitted wire mesh to be very flexible. We offer custom properties such as wire diameter, mesh density, and alloy selection dependent on your application.
Our Custom Demister Pads, also known as Mist Eliminators, can be manufactured in a wide range of wire diameters, alloys, mesh densities, and product geometries under precise production and processing equipment capabilities. The main function of Demister Pads is separating liquid from gas streams, trapping and managing hazardous mist while still allowing clean vapor to rise.
Random and Structured Packing helps to optimize your Oil and Gas operations. Structured Packing offers reduced pressure drops, high surface area and enhanced separation efficiency. Random Packing is a cost-effective solution that thrives in robust applications requiring flexibility and durability.
The Tech-Mesh™ manufacturing process involves 7 meticulous steps, allowing for full customization and quality control. What sets our quality apart from the competition is that our knitting machines were made internally, at our Loos Pomfret location in Connecticut!
The step-by-step process includes:
Stangenverarbeitung
Rod Breakdown
Drawing Process
Annealing Process
Knitting Process
Crimping Process
Support Frame Construction & Attachment
Legierungen
Stainless Steel, Copper, Duplex Steel, Monel®, Inconel®, and More
Our range of manufacturing certifications allows for our Mesh products to be available in a variety of wire grades, diameters, alloys, mesh densities, and product geometries to meet the needs of your application or equipment setup. Tech-Mesh™ has the engineering capabilities to help customers fabricate the right solution for their application, not just manufacture to predetermined specifications. Available materials include:
